The secretary will tell you they will call you back and they don't. she hung up on me 2 times this morning as I was calling to find out when they would come back out to finish the job they started last week. My fan on my AC has been running non stop since they rigged it up so we would have air and now I am being told that they are putting customers who have no air ahead of us, even though our part has come in last week!
