If using reward points make sure it's changed to the discounted price before you use your rewards I really don't have anything bad to say about GoodRx. But today's experience is making me question. I have been with GoodRx since 2022 and they have been a life saver. Today I submitted a refill on my medicine and the GoodRx price was $46.56. Bait and switch! Lie about prices and will do everything to prevent you from getting your discount. Customer service gaslit me and was a master class in how not to handle customer issues. Account deleted!
