This is the most reliable company in the ADKs, they always come the same day or the next day, they answer the phone, they ALWAYS fix the issue and are always responsible. Whenever we have a refrigeration issue they always fix it and All of their employees know exactly what there doing!
The worse customer service I have experienced in a long time. I don’t usually leave reviews but whom ever runs this company needs to know that their business is being undermined by the lady that answers the phone. She has told us numerous times she would follow up and has not. The only time I did get a positive response from this business someone else answered the phone. Please reach out to us directly and I will go into detail. We are not calling again.
