Steve and Veronica have been amazing property managers! They are always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout your stay. Their attention to detail have made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Would highly recommend
I lived here with my husband and small dog for about 2 years. Love that they are pet friendly when so many places aren't! Management run a tight ship so there was never any issues with noisy neighbours etc. It's a well maintained complex with nice gardens.
Moved in at the end of 2021 and lived there until the end of 2023 without any issues. Safe, quiet, and friendly with beautiful houses that felt like home the whole time. Will miss living there and would happily return.
I found living at Goodrich Lodge, very comfortable and safe, the units are very modern and nice. Steve and Veronica are great to deal with, the gardens are kept well, its quiet, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice well kept place to live.
