Dr. Karen Goodrich sent my information to a Collections office 7 years after seeing her at her location in San Luis Obispo. I never received a bill in the first place, and thought my insurance took care of it. Now I owe approximately $90 to a collection agency AND this instance has already hit my credit. So, I regretfully have to pay it. Her website is a mess of warnings to her patients about unpaid bills, contesting claims, and defensive words about her own mental health condition. This completely unprofessional and downright unethical actions of this doctor are shocking. She had the audacity to mail me a bill that was 6 years old that I never even received in the first place, as well as leave a threatening voice mail message regarding turning it over to collections at the same time - without even waiting for any response first.
