Incredible staff, amazing service! I don't even think my car looked this nice when I drove it off the lot brand new! Much thanks to Aaron, Derek, and everyone who helped! Highly recommend them!!

After a week I got my car back today! Goodrich did a fantastic job, the parts they worked on look brand new. I could have not asked for better service not only was my car fixed properly they took the time to make sure they didn't sent it back to me 100%. To boot they loaned me a courtesy vehicle that was getting 33mpg!!! I was so pleased. I would say I can't wait to have my next encounter with them but then that would mean there is something wrong with my car. Thanks again Goodrich and the crew their!

Ford Explorer in for minor door damage. Staff was pleasant, courteous, and very organized. Car in on Monday am, given a loaner car to use, and car ready on Wednesday ( ahead of schedule ). Very pleased. If the need ever arises again, I would certainly be a repeat customer. Daughter has also had work done at GAW and has been very pleased.
Very happy with the Mustang. We were impressed with all the courteous and friendly staff and especially Derek and Becky who drove us home. The car looks great --just like new and the prep inside and out was perfect and i am very fussy with my vehicles. Will certainly recommend you to others. Hope to see you again----not for accident repairs, just routine maintenance. Thanks so much for your assistance at a very trying time?
