Goodrich Auto is under new ownership and it’s horrible! My vehicle was there for over 3 months with very poor communication from shop manager and owner. I was told several times it was almost ready or it would be ready on a certain day only to hear nothing back on said day. Finally got the truck back only for it to break down not even an hour later. Is there anything less than 1 star? The work to my vehicle was okay but don't try and get actual paperwork from this company it is a battle. No one called with an estimate I had to call. Got the run around for days on paperwork only for them not to understand the difference between yelling and talking loud over a Bluetooth and truck engine to be heard.
