Do not use this pool service! I received a call from Debbie who works in the office and she informed me out of the blue they will not be servicing our pool any longer. I am shocked and extremely disappointed and now I’m left without pool service for the summer, very unprofessional. The worst company I have ever dealt with. My pool looks terrible, green and disgusting. They put zero effort into clearing it up but very fast to take my money.
Recently, we found ourselves in the position of having to replace all of the mosaic tile around the perimeter of our pool. After contacting several contractors to do the work, we consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Goodreds Pool Service. Dave meticulously chipped out every mosaic tile without doing a bit of damage to the pool. He then installed all new tile, partnering closely with the mason who was replacing the pool decking on both the process and timing.
