These guys are the absolute best tree company of all time! They even helped me get a cat down from my tree! Very friendly and helpful, they're definitely number one!
I spoke with both Trevor and Sarah in the office to arrange removal of a few tree stumps and they were both polite and excellent to deal with and explained they would need to get some locates done and get back to me. After seeing a hyrdo line locate directly beside one stump I was a bit concerned but their crew showed up was very polite professional and did a great job getting everything looked after and cleaned up. Thank you to Goodreau Tree Care for getting me looked after in a timely and professional manner.
A tree limb fell on my car where they were working. They even watched it fall on my car. I contacted them twice and emailed them to no avail. Great customer service alright!! If anything falls on your vehicle where they are working don't expect them to come good for it. They will just ignore the calls and the emails. I would give them a negative if there was one... Very unprofessional. I do not recommend....
