Dreadful company. One carer put fish fingers in the toaster to cook them and broke part of the toaster. They were supposed to shower my mother but didn't bother. Another carer put my mother's food in a bowl and gave her a spoon to eat it. My mother refused to eat the food as she has her own teeth and can eat with a knife and fork. Utterly useless carers

Good oaks stand for deliver outstanding individual, care i can say that with confidence. Been with the company since it began and am a very fussy and demanding customer. Good oaks have shown understanding, and the former bosses are very caring and paitent with me. Ive both physically and mental health issues and can be a bit off, like most peoe good oaks i can rely on to have my corner but with professionally and in a none judgement apporch. Thankyou to all staff there for you on going support.
