If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely RUINED my 30th birthday. I booked a room from them on air bnb 5 months in advance. They double booked but didn’t even inform me. I get to Nashville from TX about 30 minutes after check out and called them. They told me “we have some unfortunate news, we double booked and have nothing else for you to stay in.” So at that point since it was the day of there was NO options on air bnb either.
