The location is walking distance to downtown Nashville; Broadway, and the Gulch. The streets surrounding the apartment are not so great. More homeless and sketchy looking people than I expected. They did not harass, but as I was traveling with kids, I may have picked a different location. The inside of the building is secure and nice. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Great clean, spacious and modern condo. Pool and lounge area were nice as well, although numerous loud trains went by during each day. Our condo was on the other side of the building, so not sure what the noise would be on the track side. Location is close to Broadway, a 5 minute Uber ride. Building located in an area near a homeless shelter, but no issues, and never had anyone hanging around condo building entrance. Very good security system into building as well.
