Terrible customer service – I ordered my nursery furniture from Goodnight Room and have had a terrible experience. It started off badly when they charged me the wrong price for the furniture. After 13 weeks (even though they quoted 6-8 weeks), I finally received my dresser and glider/ottoman, but the crib still has not even shipped from the manufacturer.
