This place not only has an amazing product but excellent customer service. Last year I ordered a ham that didn’t arrive by Christmas, as I was told that it should. This was NOT. a guarantee by any means but the gentleman I spoke with didn't even hesitate and refunded me (wouldn’t take no thank you for an answer) AND I still got the ham after Christmas.
