Good News always have what I need. My most recent visit wasn't too pleasant. I returned a part on Monday 08/25/2025. I can tell the guy didn't like that I returned the part. He seemed to had an attitude and then charged me $10 for a restocking fee. I didn't have a problem with any of that but his demeanor was unprofessional. I respect everyone and I want respect in return. He almost saw another side of me. I won't be doing business there anymore. I don't have time for stupidity

They had the part I needed, but way to pricey. I made an offer & they talked very rude & ugly to me.

This company sells "good" condition used parts, puts them for sale as such but then when your order is to be shipped they cancel due to it not being a good product. My question is who places an item for sell in good condition without really inspecting it, this is a very poor business practise. When brought to their attention they are simply off putting saying they will kerp that in mind. I definitely recommend this company. Easton is excellent in customer service. He was very honest and straightforward with me and that's a rarity these days. Highly recommend doing business with him.

When I called I was informed they had what was needed. When we got there they said they didn't. We were almost home when I received a call saying they had it. We went back the next morning and they brought out something for the back of the vehicle instead of the front. They didn't have what we needed.
