heres my 2nd review.... why cant i delete my account? why dont you answer emails? Total scam artists, STAY AWAY!
Don’t use it. It doesn’t work. Posting a job was easy and seemed like a great platform but when the person replied, I couldn’t message back. I’ve tried 5 times and it doesn’t allow any messages to be sent. I’ve tried on my phone through the browser and on the app and via my laptop. The online chat for help doesn’t work either. Waste of time.
As a tradie, this is a totally worthless platform, don't sign up, you can't turn off the emails. Any job listed anywhere in the country for any type of job will send you an email. There's no way to filter the garbage and no way to delete your account. If you have signed up and you want a job, simply send your details on the first message, if the client calls you direct you get the job without paying the commission the platform is full of holes.
Tradesmen failed to attend scheduled appointment. No response to messages. Hopeless.
