Don’t use it. It doesn’t work. Posting a job was easy and seemed like a great platform but when the person replied, I couldn’t message back. I’ve tried 5 times and it doesn’t allow any messages to be sent. I’ve tried on my phone through the browser and on the app and via my laptop. The online chat for help doesn’t work either. Waste of time.
