Was told that the treadmill here was factory new. I drove 1 hour and many pieces were missing. Waste of my time and David was no help at all.
Came to pick up a treadmill from David Li, there were accessories missing. When he claimed that all parts were there. He wasn’t even there. I was told by another associate. Terrible person. Claimed everything was new.
Amazing customer service and they have a variety of products.
