I met Mark Goodner in June 2023 while he was hosting an Open House. I explained to Mark what we were looking for. He didn't flood me with emails. He was always there to show us a house. We looked for over 9 months and many times and when we found THE right house, Mark was helpful in negotiations. We would highly recommend him to our friends.
