I visited today and was horrified by the nightmare the clinic had become. The place was crawling with spiders, ghosts haunted every corner, and the receptionists had become ghouls. Lucky I wasn't presenting with a heart condition.
Waiting time is up to an hour while I had an appointment.The Dr I saw is excellent,he has been treating me for 10 years.
Well its great to be considered and treated as a human. Dr was great, yes I had to wait but treated well. Hallie at front desk was very good. Made me feel valued. So,thanks for the great service and welcoming to the practice.
Doctor actually spent time discussing and investigating the issues at hand. The Doctor was thorough, caring and actually listened to what we had to say.
