We have been seeing Dr Zubbena Coppack since it had opened about 12 years. Dr Coppack is thorough and caring unfortunately however i have to say i am very disgusted over the way the receptionist Ashley has conducted themselves to not only myself but to other health care professionals/receptionists in regards to requesting our health care documents which has taken too long for the Ashley to provide and has delayed a treatment plan for the person i care for....and for the receptionist to say "give her a break"and that he can w... read more
Called up to try book appointment they were all booked out fair enough, but receptionist didn't even try and find availability any other days like she just wanted to hang up. Very poor customer service.
Best doctor I've ever been to! Moved to Springfield but still travel there rather then finding a new doctor.
