I've lived in Akron for awhile and I make a decent living. I came to this place and just wasn't happy with the service. I got some pretty standard work done and it was done in such a subpar and mediocre fashion. I had to go elsewhere to get things done right. I like honesty and these guys left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I'll never return.
I've been getting my cars serviced by Goodman for several years now, I receive AWESOME service, I've never been ripped off, I actually trust this mechanic. How many people can say they honestly trust their mechanic?! Very happy customer and I recommend Goodmans to everyone I know.
The owner ripped me off for $700.00. Would not refund my money. When threatened small claims court, he replied "Do what you gotta do". Go anywhere but here. No character!
