I called asking about having a diamond reset in a ring the lady I spoke with was very quick. I said all this isn’t something you do in House. She says as I said we send them out on Tuesday. Okey-dokey click need this to say I will not be going there. can’t even take the time to answer a question she barely let me even speak very very rude. Would’ve gave no stars if that’s a possibility
Avoid AT ALL COSTS. RUDE. I went there to get the battery clip fastened on my fossil watch and I told the woman that I already bought and replaced both batteries in the watch. She said. “Well I have to charge you the battery change charge plus 2 dollars more since I have to go in there after you. It would have been 8.50 if you didn’t go in there yourself. “ I have changed 65 watch batteries and bands and have a collection of 200 watches. This little shop is always my first stop when I need a gift or want something for myself. The owners are exceptionally helpful and kind, and their stock is much larger than you might think. Lots of pretty and practical options!!
