Hit a deer about 2 miles from their shop at 8 on a Tuesday night. Called these lazy people and were told “the DPS had told them not to pick up cars that had hit deer”. Would definitely call Isaac’s out of Tyler. Took longer but they were very helpful. I guess these idiots just keep bankers hours.
Our family vehicle broke down on the way back from vacation, and this tow service was a lifesaver! They showed up within 15 minutes, got our car safely to the dealership of our choice, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a stressful situation. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks again for the great experience!
My wife hit a deer south of Frankston and it disabled her car. We called around 1:30am and Scooter was at our location and loaded by 2am. He was extremely helpful - even taking our vehicle to the local Chevrolet service center, dropping it off and filling out the necessary paperwork for us. Don’t believe the negative reviews. Those are all from people who had their vehicles impounded due to arrest. If you’re in the area, call Scooter!
