Incompetent. I had a nexplanon implant placed by this office and when I came in to have it removed after two years it was a horror show. Three women tried to remove it for about an hour without success. All three were clearly nervous and one was clearly uncomfortable with all of the blood... and there was a LOT of blood running on the floor. I just went to another office and the very same implant was removed in about 20 minutes. Those three women shouldn't even be touching patients in my opinion.
I'm new to Arizona and I needed a family doctor and an OBGYN to go too! I was recommended to this place and was on hold for 45 minutes to book an appointment! I got a same day appointment. But still waited 20 minutes to be seen! I had booked an apt for a full exam and to have questions answers about my birth control. I was told to get undressed completely. I have never had a more caring doctor than Terri Larkin. I have had so many doctors make me feel like they just want to get me in and out or like I'm wasting their time. I genuinely feel like she cares about my wellbeing and my happiness and that's such a refreshing feeling as a patient in the medical industry. I would recommend her to everyone woman I know.
