Bought a house that has goodman AC, 2021 when it was installed! It keeps having problem! Blades wont turn but thermostat is on the whole time, making our electricity bill so high and no cold air!

Purchased a Goodman heat pump 6/22/23, had issues from the start, leaking Freon, had it tested, definitely coming from the unit, warranty only covers parts, no labor, which would be outrageous, beware

DO NOT, I REPEAT, *DO NOT* buy a Goodman, Daiken or Amana product. My neighbor has worked for Goodman for over 20 years and HE even says don't buy this garbage. He's a lead on the manufacturing floor...that should tell you something! My unit has broken down 3 times in 6 years. Garbage.

Oh please God, get someone to help me with this unit that doesn't work. Got a new Goidman AC unit on June 23, 2023 and it doesn't cool. I'm editing this to say there is a refrigerant leak and I may have been breathing refrigerant in the air. I have lung problems because of pneumonia in the padt

A/C is dead. It's six years old, and not covered under warranty. I lived in Arizona for twenty years, owned multiple homes, and never replaced an A/C unit, been in Texas two years and already replacing an A/C. I would highly recommend staying away from this brand.
