Katie and Lacey are awesome, always there to respond to our questions and concerns. Most of our conversations happened over the email, which was preferred option for me. Although, I did talk to them a few times over the call since we were a bit paranoid about the next steps in the beginning. I met the Mr. Griffin once before closing for 1 hour call in which he went in detail about the entire process. Overall, great experience with them. I would highly recommend them to other people.
