I really like Dr. Goodman. He's a nice guy and thorough. But I can't give him five stars because I left three messages earlier this year trying to make a new appointment and no one called me back. Maybe Dr. Goodman should have a friend or relative leave a message and see if it's actually returned and do some quality control on his office staff. Someone needs to be fired

I would love to be able to review the provider himself, but I cannot see him. I have been calling for two weeks, each time the recording saying the office is closed. I've left several message, with no returns.

Love Dr. Goodman: But front office and nursing department need major overhaul! Rude, do not follow through with simple 1..2..3... process or questions. They do not even answer the phone during regular business hours, can not even fax a correct lab order and they are rude, rude, rude!
