I booked appointment and I was given appointment with time frame 12 pm to 4 pm on Aug 4th. I stayed home waiting for the technician all the day. I received email stating that the technician on his way then received an email around 3 pm that the technician arrived and doing his job now. No technician arrived then around 4:20 pm, I got email stating that we processed your request to cancel the appointment and if you like to reschedule book another appointment.
