One of the better establishments as far as customer service, things always seem to flow really nice sometimes at the counter. We don't always get the proper service. Why we don't know all I know is. Sometimes Hector can be in a really bad mood, and I'm sure his co-workers appreciate his lack of empathy for us. Just to do our job to get parts equipment and such without a hassle. I’m a flatbed truck driver and delivered insulation here. Great experience, everybody was friendly. Starting unloading me as soon as the straps and tarps came off. I was here less than an hour.
This branch is run like a well oiled machine. The branch manager always comes out and shakes everyone’s hand and says hello with a smile on his face. The counter reps are freaky fast and the Wharehouse guys are great and help load making my job easier. I do have to give a special shout out Richard Romero who is always smiling and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m takin care off. Just want to say this whole branch really does an excellent job and as a customer, I really appreciate it!!
Rude, slow, don't care attitude. I'll drive the distance to go to Clermont. One million times better!
