Very good customer service, I was late to pick up the parts did called them and ask if they able wait for me, and I was surprised they delivered part to my customer house on Friday after 4pm They are best of the best

I have been installing Daikin for quite a few years. I’m 64 and just recently I purchased a mini split system from Goodman. The heat pump condenser had a bad suction shut off valve that was leaking right out of the box. I called Daikin Goodman and told them my problem. When I purchased the condenser there was damage to the box which I was informed it was ok.
