Everybody at the front desk was very helpful in every question I had
This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We tried calling for over an hour before someone named Mike finally answered. During the conversation, he hung up on me more than once. I was simply trying to place an order over the phone, but he told me that because I didn’t already have an account, I could not place an order. FIRED !!!! Can't get refunds done , was told dont by Eddie Dont care , wait till guy who did order comes back . He told other guys not do it it , finally a lady came . from back and helped , sent manager jake an email to inform him no response. There were lady's picking up 4th time I have seen this person have a melt down . Manager has no control , or the counter is a reflection of leadership .
