Good service and friendly.
Un reliable. Parts on order for weeks and they kept cancelling my order. Elderly client waited forever, do to Goodmans world class service client chose to use non warranty parts on their brand new system. Daiking runs one of the largest manufacturer in the world (Texas) and their customer service is only worse and worse. Garbage support, garbage reliability. Find a new vendor if your clients need help.
