This store has very poor costumer service. They rarely answer the phone. I called one time to test them again and they didn’t answer and I was around the corner. When I arrived, THERE WAS NO COSTUMERS! Also they close at 4pm and they will not answer the phone by 3:45pm. Also every time I go in there they never great you with a smile. I avoid that store. I only go when I have to. Now I’d rather go to Johnstone Supply even though they are more expensive but they have better service with same Goodman parts
Terrible parts, Terrible service, and Terrible units. DO NOT GO TO GOODMAN!!!
