I wish I had 4 hands cause I would give AMANA 4 thumbs down. I have a 4ton unit that is throwing a locked rotor code and the compressor won't crank without some help from my local installer/servicer. Now I MAY HAVE TO PAY 1000 DOLLARS IN NEW FREON AND LABOR TO CHANGE A COMPRESSOR THAT IS LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD.......REALLY AMANA IS THAT HOW YOU'LL TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS???
