We’re not happy customers. Our job was not to satisfaction. We knew we would run into electrical issues with as old as our equipment was, but company did not see our job through to completion and code. Took their money and handed us over to their electrician to finish job on our own with electrical wire hanging across yard. Discovered the new pool equipment is not even grounded. Goodlife did a great job retiling and resurfacing my pool. The quartz made it look brand new. They also replaced the light and skimmer all for a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the work that was done!
I highly recommend Goodlife Pools if you are thinking about building a pool. They communicated with us every step of the way and was able to bring our dream pool to reality.
My pool maintenance company emailed me saying my pump was leaking and was looking to replace it immediately, wanting to charge me a diagnostic fee, as well as any other necessary charges. I called Kenny and explained the issue, he immediately looked up my date of purchase and got the whole thing covered under warranty. 24 hours later I’ve got a brand new pool pump, that’s so quiet I didn’t even know it was running, at no charge. Incredible customer service. Thank you, Kenny!
