Postpartum mama here, I knew I needed pelvic PT after I had my baby. I’m so glad I chose Goodlife. The company is filled with highly qualified, kind people. I started having pelvic floor related issues over two years ago following prostate laser surgery. I thought I could resolve this on my own by watching countless YouTube Pelvic Floor videos and performing the stretches, etc. but it was not getting any better. I turned it over to God and he lead me to Goodlife Physical Therapy and to one of their therapists – Jennesa. I was a patient at Goodlife Physical Therapy Pelvic Health Lockport for 2 months. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Anna put me at ease immediately. She listened about my concerns with my test results and explained the diagnosis so that I understood what was causing my problems and what to expect during my therapy sessions. The continued guidance and physical therapies from PT Jenessa, have allowed me to heal and return back to normalcy in a very short time after prostate surgery. Jenessa used the science of PT along with my personal concerns to design a personalize plan for me.
