I work midnights and try to get as much sleep possible. At one point, I woke up before going to work and my neck was hurting. I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Talk about lack of sleep...I would wake up after an hour and my neck was in pain. So i ended up sleeping in a recliner and managed to get some sleep that way I had a heck of a time looking over my shoulder for cars in the next lane, but managed not to get in a accident. I can’t speak highly enough of Goodlife therapy and their staff! If I could give them 10 stars I would! I spent 6 mos going to many Doctors and experts trying to find out what was wrong with my 13 year old daughter. She was at the point if being afraid of going out anywhere and stopped all her usual activities during that 6 mos period. It was only when I went to Goodlife therapy that we finally received a diagnosis and a treatment plan that started getting her back to normal. My Dad suffers lower back pain due to herniated disks and a pinched sciatic nerve. Within our first visits with Mickey, he said it was not a pinched nerve but rather redirected muscle pain. With some simple exercises, my Dad is saying he feels so much better. Mickey had definitely gone the extra mile to follow up during the week to check on Dad's progress. I would highly recommend Good Life Physical Therapy and Mickey!!!!

Mickey is amazing. When I started, I was in so much pain. He worked wonders with my back. My quality of life is much better. I had tried other therapists, but it took the right therapist to get results. Thanks, Mickey!
