Goodlife Physical Therapy has lived up to its name. Working with Dr. Mickey Shah has been very helpful with teaching me how to ease my back pain. His teaching is more than just doing physical therapy exercises to relieve pain but to understand body movements that can cause discomforts and how to maneuver around them. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable and professional. The sessions are therapeutic and I never felt that I was being rushed to get through a session.
