Do not fall in the free month trial trap. Membership transfer is not possible as they advise you. I went there to rake over my husband’s membership as I work in the building. I was told transfer is not possible and was put in the trap to sign up myself. A week later realising there is no limit on membership sales and you barely get a corner for a kettlebell workout unless you want to train at 10pm - 5am. One of the worst gym ever. Painful to cancel the membership, and not clear clause in the contract. Super busy, dirty, rude staff, and some PT act like they are Superstars. Ridiculous. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Always busy, even at 5AM. Machines and water taps are always broken. Gyms always dirty and has a thick layer of dust everywhere which includes their plants. Go here if you like waiting for one machine which could be broken and always dirty. I also had a bunch of belongings stolen out of my locker. I left the gym the next day. Very disappointing as a whole
At Goodlife Health Club West End I feel really good doing my exercises, with the assistance of my personal trainer, I feel always welcome , and enjoy the good atmosphere.. thanks for being always supportive 🫶🏿😊🙏
