There's quite often people sitting on the benches not training but on their phones. Also 4 out of 5 times the shower is cold… this gym does have a great view and its clean and tidy.
My partner and I just joined the membership. There were some misunderstandings at the beginning, and I was considering cancelling it. However, Daniel was extremely responsible and enthusiastic. He handled most of the issues very professionally and did his best to help us. I’m very satisfied with his attitude and service. Highly recommend speaking to him if you’re thinking of joining. I also hope the last remaining issue can be resolved soon.
Was looking for a gym in a good location. Waverly Park fit the bill to a T. The lady who helped me sign up, Kyra was a star. Made the process a breeze, walked me through my induction and got me set up feeling confident and ready to get after it. Thank you so much 😊
Husband and I have been members here for almost 10 years. Lots of equipment and very clean. We love the 24 hour access too.
BEWARE: If you sign their dreaded contract, even if you never go to the gym, they keep direct debiting the money, plus penalties and overdraft fees. Had a friend on a disability pension who I tried to get out of his membership as he’s never been and doesn’t even live near there now Manager Josh refuses to help and won’t give his surname. !!! DO NOT SIGN !!!
