The complaint give to 1/9/2025 Monday 9:30 Pilates‘s introducer， The attitude was extremely rude, impolite, and inappropriate I joined this Pilates membership because of the flexibility, and the fact that I can join any Pilates class if there is space available. Today, I arrived at Good Life exactly on time, but got stuck for a few minutes at the electronic check-in and then had to quickly use the restroom because of stomach pain. All staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I am loving the adult active classes I attend and my personal training session is great. I would recommend them to anyone. Only concern is sometimes the floor in the active adult room is not as clean as I would like as we spend quite a bit of time on the floor.
A great gym with great instructors and a very friendly environment with excellent facilities
Jaffar and Poan are exceptional ambassadors of what a Goodlife staff member should be: friendly, professional, and super patient (especially for older folks like me navigating the new hi tech sign in system). They are funny, cool and calm under pressure (when my gym transfer wasn’t working for me), and always ALWAYS happy/eager to help and most importantly they have great people skills. Thanks for looking after me Poan and Jaffar! 👍🏼👍🏼
