Way too busy at peak hours made worse by a limited range of machines (particularly for leg day) or machines broken for weeks. Hygiene is not really addressed as I often see many people without towels (and not wiping down if they don’t have one), wipes are often empty and the female toilet stalls have been quite disgusting on multiple visits, indicating that they are not cleaned regularly. I am sincerely starting to regret sing up with this gym, this one in special (toowong) also the other 2 I went weren’t that better The staff are really kind and are always there for us, but the gym is one of the worst that I have ever been, the machines are rusty, old and many popular machines they don’t even have or if they do they have just one ( ex the lay pull down machine, lying leg curl and many other) I would really reconsider to give a higher review if someday they renovate the gym, people deserves better machines an... read more

Good location.BUT Bathroom always smells of urine. They take little care of their equipment. E.g. photos: the cable machine has worked maybe a couple weeks in the past year, and half the dumbbells have no label ETC ETC ETC…

Awful experience. They confirmed that my subscription was canceled, yet they continued charging me for months. After I contacted them, they issued a partial refund — but not the full amount — claiming they couldn’t return the additional international fees. Even though it was entirely their mistake. Very disappointing.
