I guess I’ve joined the 1 star service for the same common reason. I requested to cancel my membership over three weeks ago and they’ve ignored my emails. They are still taking money out of my account as well.
Good facilities, well enough space and plenty of machines, steam room is plus and plenty of space to change and bath, goodlife is goodlife!
Friendly staff on entry. I enjoyed the outstanding rowing machine and the excellent exercise bike with tv channels and a fantastic view outside into the carpark below. Really upbeat motivating music. So good to be back at my favourite gym. On my way out past the front desk the african staff member wished me well which I thought was very nice the perfect finish to a successful gym workout at my favourite gym.
Don’t waste your money or time!!! The equipment is outdated and usually broken… head office keep upping the fees as well as charging a quarterly ’admin’ fee…. Charge for placing your membership on medical hold and take money out of your account! This location has been neglected by head office and the staff don’t feel valued! Avoid like the plague!!!
