Left Fitness Cartel due to the complete incompetence of management. Arrived here on a Wednesday to participate in their “5pm” spin class, only to find out there is an error in the timetable. I was at the gym 50min earlier than I needed to be due to this mistake. I spoke to the group fitness manager who didn’t seem too fussed. She didn’t particularly offer a solution & her apology was disingenuous. Fantastic gym. I have been a member here for 8 months, not a single complaint. Staff are courteous and kind, the club manager is friendly, helpful and always a positive presence. Is pretty well kept considering it is a gym. Couldn’t recommend more!
