I have been attending this gym for a little under 5 months now. When my dad and I first signed up and got our memberships, a worker called Kai signed us up. When we were completing the form and filling our personal info, he asked me for my number on a piece of paper, not specifying if it was him asking for my number or just for the signing up process, meaning me as a 17 year old girl unknowingly gave my number to a man that was much older that 18 that he was using for intent to text me later on. Pretty big fitness Center. No swimming pool and limited options of classes. Not always full and still a very good options if you are looking for somewhere to train with availability of equipments.
Poor experience, feel robbed. Lots of extra, additional fees that no other gyms charge - all of which will be direct debited at their own free will. Gym itself is unsanitary, maintenance is sloppy, AC non-functional 1. Additional fee upon sign up - prorata fee 2. Was being charged a membership fee during the free trial period. Dear Goodlife Springwood Team, I’d like to begin by saying that I really value the generous space in the club and the variety of machines available. This has been one of the 2 reasons I have enjoyed training here. The other one is that is the closest Goodlife to my place. The staff members I have interacted with have always been polite and respectful so far, and I appreciate their manner.
