I’ve been a member of this gym for over two years. While everything seemed fine when I didn’t request anything, I started noticing issues whenever I asked for even basic assistance🤔 At first, I questioned myself maybe I was just being too sensitive. But after waiting over an hour for a simple request without any proper explanation, it became clear to me There is a subtle form of racial bias at play here. If you’re a person of colour, I would think twice before signing up🫡
I give a high rating to Good Life Gym Rothwell. The gym is clean and has good equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy working out there.
I've been a goodlife member for about 8 years or so. This is my home gym. I'm trying to amend my membership and the staff are ignoring me and have been for 2 weeks. I am writing this review in an attempt to get their attention as they appear to respond to all of the google reviews. Hope to speak to you guys soon
Amazing place. Doesn't get overly busy which we love especially not having to wait for equipment.
