I called them 1 time to check for pricing and I said I will pop by the next day to sus it out, but I eneded up changing my mind and didn’t show up, ever since then they called me almost everyday for almost two weeks! At this point it’s harassment
Reason i replied 'Nothing' on ways to improve, is because you are already implementing all the good things. A great team of staff/trainers who provide service of encouragement and duty of care. Great locations and facilities. And a great brand name to match. Good Life!
Pretty small for a Goodlife and the layout is odd and not utilized well, loads of school kids in peak time just milling around machines and free weights while one of them is doing one set of nothing between conversations and causing congestion in the whole area, no one puts the weights back or unlaods the machines. Gyms like this seem more about hanging out than actually working out.
Class timetable does not show properly in the Kubo fit app. Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling. Have tried liking & unliking the club. Nothing fixes it. Have mentioned it to a few staff members who say they can’t help & clearly don’t care. They don’t do a great job at keeping on top of cleanliness in the women’s bathroom. Just a super average club, nothing special about it.
