Goodlife Health Club Richlands is absolutely a great place for fitness. Many thanks for the kindness from Admin team and these helpful instructors especially Melissa, Karen for reforming pilates and the whole team of Zumba instructors at Goodlife Richlands. Over half the members don't use a towel. Equipment left literally wet with someone else's sweat. Just 2 days ago I saw a PT's training their clients who had no towel. In other gyms the session would not go ahead or the client would have to buy a towel prior to working out. Understaffing is not an issue, if anything seems overstaffed with staff busy chatting away in reception, if only instead of talking amongst themselves they took some care and pride in the gym and enforced a few of the basic hygiene requirements e.g 'NO TOW... read more
Pros: One of the best gym with modern equipment and high standard machines. People who love deadlift and squats will love this gym, they have 6-7 squat racks Cons: very crowded, bathrooms need attention :( Overall, I still love this gym
