I visited here just to try a free trial and see the atmosphere, equipment, and location. However, the staff started signing me up for a membership without clearly asking for my permission—just because I mentioned I was interested in Pilates. Only after signing up did they tell me I could cancel within 7 days. The gym itself looks nice, but it’s far too crowded. Almost every machine was taken, so it was hard to train properly. Im ok with the gym overall, just now i got a bit frustrating when the gym cannot automatically take weekly payment out of my bank! I transfer the money into my bank straight away when i saw their email notifying me about unsuccessful payment and thought when they try again they will just take same amount and there’s no fine charged, but no, i got charged extra $10 fine for fault payment!

I joined Goodlife Gym hoping it would be a great place for both me and my kids, but unfortunately, it’s been a disappointing experience overall. The adult gym area looks nice but often has broken or poorly maintained machines, and it’s always overcrowded during peak times. It’s frustrating trying to get a proper workout when there’s not enough equipment available or when the place feels messy.
