What truly makes this gym stand out is the incredible team at the front desk. The receptionists are always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they create such a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. One of my favourite GoodLife clubs, the cardio machines are not the newest but they're also not really old, so good features and compatibility. They have room for a few extras of the more popular strength machines but it's never a very long wait and nobody is taking themselves too seriously here either. Staff are friendly and helpful

⭐️⭐️ GoodLife Nundah has a great vibe, friendly instructors, and a solid timetable of classes — but there’s one thing letting the experience down: the heat. Some sessions feel less like reformer pilates and more like Bikram yoga, with sweat dripping in places I didn’t even know I could sweat.
