Very disappointing experience with Goodlife Noarlunga. We moved house and transferred our membership from another club. It’s now been more than two months, and they still haven’t fixed the app. The app is the only way to access the gym outside staffed hours, so I’ve been unable to use the gym during those times. I’ve contacted them many, many times asking them to fix the issue, but nobody seems to take responsibility or actually resolve it. Victor and Angla are both incredibly helpful and approachable. Whenever I have questions, they always take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and guide me in the right direction. I really appreciate their patience, support, and willingness to help.
