The yoga instructor ,Cindy, gives personalized feedback to students and assists them with poses. This is rare these days, but yet incredibly helpful. She was awesome. I’ve been doing some poses wrong for years. Her feedback changed the way I held my pose by just centimeters, but it made a world of difference in my practice.

I really wanted to like this club because it is the closest gym to my home. However, the more I get to know it, the more disappointed I become. There are several issues that need attention: 1. Very limited parking. 2. Cleanliness standards are poor. 3. Many instructors do not appear to have the professionalism or basic teaching skills expected in a fitness environment. 4.
