Range of equipment is so good, the air conditioning is awesome, the water station so good and I love the disinfectant spray but mostly the staff makes it so good. Garth is wonderful. I only signed up because he's a genuine good guy. I was also greeted so nicely by Donna yesterday and a really wonderful young man today. I felt so welcome. The atmosphere is great too as everyone is just going about their own business. Thank you Goodlife Nerang.

I have been advised by my doctor that I am unable to train at this stage for the foreseeable future so I contacted this gym and spoke to Paul- he was nothing but rude, unhelpful and is clearly not aligned with the policies. When asking how to go about terminating the membership for medical reasons, he laughed and said it’s not possible unless you are incapacitated and that my only option is to transfer it to somebody on “Facebook marketplace”. Generally good gym but needs work on people sitting on machines on phones. Other gyms move people along. You can watch girls and guys in peak hour sit on their phones for 15 minutes without lifting a weight. Same with machines. 5, 10, 15 minutes without one rep and the staff do nothing. Pretty annoying.

Far out Goodlife was once my go to and favourite place to train but these days between Mermaid Waters equipment always breaking down so thought I’d try another location, walked back out of the Nerang one. The smell in the weights area was revolting, smelt musty and mouldy. Very small.
