This gym keeps giving members $25 auto debit fines when other members walk in together on weekends.Send an email proving it’s a paid member and the fine still sticks. Sauna is horribly filthy and gunk ridden through the wood. Many members try to stop their membership but they keep taking the payments for months and months. Beware. I’ve brought these issues up any times but no improvements. Nice big bright gym. Good ammenities.

I agree with all the complaints about cleanliness and the weights scattered everywhere. There's a lack of staff to supervise and instruct people. Furthermore, the W-bars are terrible. The grip is awful, and the bar tends to twist with every movement.

Called multiple times on 02/04/26 to discuss an accounting error, asked to talk to a manager as it’s been an ongoing issue for 3-4months. Staff told me the manager was in a meeting or they’ll go look for them. When I asked for the managers name I then found out they don’t have one. … who where they looking for while I was on hold for 10-15min I asked for upper management’s contact details- refused….
