We had a bad experience, unfortunately 😕 we were charge for the expensiver option without being advised or explained hence we didn't use the benefits. First time joining a gym and even though I explained that we wanted the simplest plan, because me and my partner wanted to try first and see how it would go, Steven, charged us for the platinum plan but we only used the gym 2Xweek for 45 min each session with a personal trainer. Terrible experience, gym itself is fine nice enough place but the customer service is shocking. All they care about money when you actually need help to change something I have moved across the country and all I need to do it get out of my member ship but saying I need to pay $250 bucks which is INSANE. GET A LIFE GOOD LIFE
Great gym. Good value for money. Staff are great ! I have a PT easily here every week. Been coming for almost a year. It's one of the best Goodlife's in Perth! Clean and inviting, Go here ! .. and then there's Steve out front.. he's ok :P 💯❤️👍🏼

The team are amazing 🤩 Jess especially at Reformer Pilates! She guides how to perform the movements correctly and provides many levels & variations. She keeps the mood of the class fun whilst ensuring everyone “does the work”. Get to her class for sure! Sherie is not as experienced I don’t think - but she has a similar vibe & 100% enthusiasm.
