I’ve been a member here for many years and have always enjoyed this gym but lately the cardio machines are looking very worn and old. Most of the cross trainers are rusty and have dodgy touch screens and when you look around, a lot of machines are out of order . I really hope they invest in some maintenance or upgrades.

Equipment is quite dated and the technical aspects of it often don't work, (ie most of the cardio machines are built for the old iphone / ipod connection which stopped being made in 2012, and often the screens just don't work.) The wheelchair lift has been out of access for a long time now, and the pool's hours limited to when the gym is staffed which can be difficult to fit in with for someone with regular work hours. Is a good place to workout, they have sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool Some of the machines are old and with rust but they do work so is not a big deal. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Extremely rude Aqua instructor. Stopped the whole class just to yell at someone trying to use a spa’s (which are always broken). It’s unfair that you pay for the facilities through your membership but if Aqua is on, they take up the whole pool, which is unfair for people that come to the gym purely to use the pool. Also a suggestion could be to fix the second steam room, and have a female only and male only sauna and steam room. You have two of each?
